Delete inside the game
- Open Community scores.
- Choose Delete leaderboard account.
- Read the confirmation and authenticate again with the same provider. The dedicated review account uses its supplied password.
This removes your Firebase Authentication account and shared Firestore score record, including generated alias, classic best score and timestamp. Apple deletion also requests revocation of its sign-in authorization.
Request deletion or a data sweep
Email mamunandroid48@gmail.com with subject “Tile Morrow data deletion”. Include your account reference from the game or your sign-in email. Say whether you want the whole leaderboard account removed or only a shared score/data sweep. We may verify ownership. Never send your password, verification code or card details.
Local progress and purchases
Local puzzle progress, saved runs and hints are separate from the leaderboard account. Clear local app data or uninstall the game to remove device records, and manage operating-system backups separately. Apple manages purchase records. Account deletion does not cancel or refund a Plus purchase.
Provider records
Google and Apple may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, billing, backup or legally required records under their own policies. We can remove game records under our control; contact us to ask about the outcome. No account is required for offline play.
