Tell us what happened

Include your platform, app version, level number and the message you saw. A screenshot can help, but remove private information. Never send passwords, verification codes or card details.

Offline play

All puzzle boards are included on the device. Ads, account sign-in, cloud charts and purchase or restore requests need a connection. You can continue the offline garden if those services are unavailable.

Color Grove Plus on iOS

Open Settings → Color Grove Plus → Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that bought it. The optional one-time purchase removes every ad and gives unlimited hints. It does not unlock paid levels because every level is already free. Apple handles billing and refund decisions.

Account and data

Delete your leaderboard account or request a data sweep. Deleting the cloud account does not remove local puzzle progress or an App Store purchase.
